Officer Helpdesk

Qualification:

1. Tertiary Studies in Information Technology or equivalent
2. Has ability to demonstrated Customer Service Mindset
3. Experience with ERP systems (desirable)
4. Experience within a Help Desk, Customer Service Centre or Call Centre environment (desirable)
5. Competent knowledge of PC functions (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer)
6. Knowledge of, or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of, incident logging software
7. Knowledge of Networking principles and ability to understand network diagrams (desirable)
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
9. Good English language skills – Oral and Written
10. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
11. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
12. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
13. Full-Time position(s) available.
