Pada bulan Juni 2014 ExxonMobil membuka kesempatan berkarir dengan posisi dan kualifikasi sebagai berikut :

Wellwork Supervisor

Qualifications:

1. Minimum D-3 in engineering.
2. At least 5 years workover rig experience.
3. Minimum 10 years’ experience in supervisory role of overall onsite wellwork operations with good leadership qualities.
4. Strong leadership skills, actively committed to SHE program implementation as reflected in a strong safety performance record.
5. Wellwork operations experience requirements
6. at least 5 years workover rig experience, preferably with cased hole fishing, i.e. parted tubing, tubing/casing milling, etc.
7. at least 3 years rigless coiled tubing wellbore clean-out & remedial cementing operations with surface pressures ≤4000psi.
8. at least 3 years thru-tubing wireline (slickline/e-line logging/perforating) experience
9. at least 2 years of P&A experience
10. Well Control Certification required (IWCF or IADC). Required skill set, knowledge, and experience in well kill operations (well control situation).
11. Knowledgeable in performing rig math calculations – wellbore capacity, well kill, cement plug placement, etc.
12. Experience working with HP/ HT wells (BHP >5000 psi, Temp > 250 F).
13. Experience working in an H2S, CO2 and NORM environment.
14. Good knowledge of surface equipment and downhole tools, good understanding of critical rig equipment components.
15. Familiar with rigless crane and lifting gear requirements.
16. Thorough broad knowledge with regards to well intervention toolstrings & equipment, equipment limitations & potential risks.
17. Familiar with SIMOPS, where regular production operation runs parallel with the well work activities.
18. Knowledgeable in leading well work operations in remote area and handling limited/challenging operation logistics.
19. Has taken several trainings related to work management and safety in work area (JSA, Permit, SIMOPS, Critical Lift, H2S, Fall Prevention & Protection, PPE, Fire Fighting, First Aid, SCBA, Working at Height).
20. Excellent communication and writing skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Corrosion Engineer

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in material engineering or equivalent (chemical engineering, or machinery engineering).
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in oil and gas industry.
3. Familiar with various material testing, inspection techniques and corrosion management methods.

Commissioning & Start-Up Engineer

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor in engineering with 10 or more years of experience with oil and gas facilities, at senior level with the management of Operations and Operations readiness.
2. Project design and execution capabilities.

 Machinery Technician

Qualifications:

1. Minimum D-3 in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum Level/Category 1 in Vibration Training.
3. 5 years experiences in condition monitoring and maintenance of rotating equipment in oil & gas industry.
4. Experience in machinery equipment maintenance (i.e. compressors, diesel engines, pumps and electric motors, gas turbine.
